What is it exactly? like if you have 20 hp regen/sec now you get 20 * x% hp/sec ?

If u have 20% boost.
When you use HP pot lvl4 (1000HP - 5.5s) or HP pots lvl3 (700HP 5.5s) you will get 1200 HP and 840HP

They need to make a new type of pot for PVE that work like HP gear in war.
