So my question is in the merit damage reduce tree there is "ignore penetration is applied by 110%" how does it work? There are ignore penetration I, II, III. The I is obvious, the II has "ignore penetration is applied by 110%" and the III has "ignore penetration is applied by 115%" (if maxed) so what are their effects? An example is necessary. Here is what I have in mind.

The II has 110% and the III has 115%, so in total we can have 125%. If you have 100 ignore penetration, it become 125.

it doesn't work like that...its a cross effect between any I/II and II/III. you get bonus for II if I is maxed and if II is maxed, you get bonus for III.

What are you saying? can you give an example? I know that when I maxed II start to get that % thing, the same go for II and III but when you maxed all of them, 110% on II and 115% on III what is the total you get?

Well it says % in game not point like the table said.

does % matter at this point if you're directly given a value based off the table? even when you max the merit skills, it'll show you a numeric value rather than a percentage...

Shouldn't % mean when you have more of some stats you get even more in return? If they are just some number to add to why they say % in game? 9547

I believe that table is not correct it is % not a integer to add to.

ffs i gave you a table with all the accurate values of the merit tree what more "examples" do you want?
if you want to cling onto this whole percentage thing then so be it but i can tell for a fact the mr. wormy tables are not wrong

100 * 110% = 110 :^)

so you are saying that all the ignore-penetration stat that you can obtain from merit is 9+16+10+23+15=73? (according to the table)
