Possible fix for xigncode error

I did a clean install of windows 10 and the xigncode problem goes away. So I am gonna put my task manager's pictures here so you guy can look at it and turn off other processes and see if the xigncode still happen. Please don't touch the windows' processes it might collapse your OS.

you should probably upload these images on a image hosting site, not sure how helpful this might be but no1 is gonna be able to see your attachments cause it's like 300x500 pixels...

I fix the problem now use the link dont use the attachment.
