And before you say "you can't" or "it's a hack", GM Stahl told me there is a trick to doing it but wouldn't tell me what the trick is.
So any ideas?

There's no trick. This is a GM-spawned item, unless someone hacked into the game's database somehow and modified his items, but that's another story.

I'm not saying GM crafted this for someone. I'm saying that player could be a GM or a good hacker.
