how reactivate account?

I have not played for so long that my account has been deactivated, I try to activate it but it never send me a link to my email. I tried clicking the resend email verification button and it always says failed or error. Please help, I really want to play again.

I had to send in a ticket on a different account xD. Not sure why they dont fix that crap if they are going to be disabling peoples accounts for inactivity.

I already sent a ticket 2 days ago but its still not activated, how long does it usually take?

They usually reply telling you its been reactivated. Not sure how long it took, maybe between 3-5 days.
