I have not played for so long and relearning everything again, i have a lvl178 wizard, any suggestions on how to lvl up?

Find parties for ECA. Currently on weekends (Friday - Sunday) there's a 400% exp and droprate bonus, so you'll be able to level up quick. You can also do your quests, depending on how long ago you played, you might have most of them reset since their rewards were drastically increased.
