Where are your +7 Terragrace/Topaz from quests?
Those would save you some money as a starter.

The game gives +7 TG as quest gears? Man...the luxuries these days.

Edit: As for farming, yea, just level up and get help from guildies in running higher stuff. If you REALLY really want to farm lower-mid lvls, you can run IC1+2 for a bit. They're easy to lvl in as well up to a point.
