why is it always GM SnakeByte that responded to your ticket every time you submit about an issue?

I mean can I get some other GM to reply my ticket because obviously, I have already had a bad experience with unsolve issue(GM pack beads disappeared before use)

Now that I submitted about AHV dungeon glitch and GM SnakeByte responded to that ticket again...

should I waste my time to report this glitch or not?

Honestly the ticket system has been a mess. I wouldn't hold my breath. Good luck if you try again though.
