G'Ms going to do anything about jail glitchers?

i enjoy a nice pk fest whenever im on, and i don't care if somebody gets so mad at me that they bring an entire guild to kill me over and over, but when they use the jail *GLITCH* or *BUG* also known as *CHEATING* it gets a bit annoying.

my question is, are G'Ms going to do anything about these people? or is it safe to assume that we are allowed to use the jail glitch?
