go 2 www.cabal.com/main and on the left side of the screen it'll say download, under that it says sign up. I agree and fill up the form

HUH i get you but it stil tells me that their is somethign with the server

Please check that you are in NA area or not first.
If you are in NA, and still cannot connect to the server, please send us Help Desk ticket about this issue.
