Cant get in.....

Title tells it all.I have,'nt played in awhile and just found out cabal switched over.I did as i was suppose to and made an account(thats obvious of course),switched my account from ogplanet,redownloaded the whole game again(NA version,i live in the US),run as administrator,and turned off anti-virus to be sure,and when i hit the start button in the ..............................

It shuts off like normal but the game wont start.any help would be appreciated please.:confused::(:confused:

Dear,
Please hit the 'Check files' button to find out corrupted files.
And then try to start CABAL again.
If you still have same problem as this after following above direction, please contact to us via Help Desk.
