The reasons that you will not be able to find that many hacks anymore in Cabal are...
1. People that hacks quit the game cause it is no fun to hack when there are no one to play with.
2. TwineR stopped their business in NA.

Then that is exploiting a glitch in game and they need to be banned. Same with jail glitchers.
It isn't exploiting a glitch, it happens at random sometimes when you're spamming space bar as you die. The typical user does not have control of whether they loot the legacy weapon, or not. Banning users for that would be like getting banned for lagging, both of which are out of your control.
Also one more thing I've seen several times. Enemy in main base and they are up top with warp and res. They disappear and come back. Can hackers use enemy warps and res? I mean they disappear. No moving sideways running. Or are they hiding in the back wall?
It could be easily be lag, like most of these "hacks" you probably see in war.

rofl i have yet to see a legitimate hacker in war since EST took over.......the only one ive ever since was a wall hacking WA who ran through the mountains to check on W8 once yesterday....but that was it. he didnt even fight, so maybe it was just a glitch. but the last legitimate hacker I saw was a few months ago, like february. idk, its been a while though. but most of it is lag. spike damage, damage not showing on your screen til long after the attack was fired (this accounts for 99% of range hack claims in war), seeing enemies move but you cant hit them (this is really only hacking if it's a bot or if they're attacking you. if they're standing still though, its lag), and all sorts of other things are all lag.......and a real range hacker would look like the bots we see everywhere that hit everything around them in a 10 area even though they're using a single target attack with maybe a tiny bit of splash to it. And there's also random times when you never even drop your leg on death and have it when you spawn. That's been known to happen on occasion with multiple people

its funny when you die or see damage being done to you inside base when no caps have entered and they're still trying to break down a wall....
but yea FR and UG are full of range hackers...i recorded a video where i channel hopped at the auto cannon ex spot and every channel had a FA/WA range hacker on the exact same spot.
