Are the weapon skins going to change every week after M/A?

Hi guys, i became so excited when the staff rereleased the snowstar weapon skins again. Just out of curiousity, will the skin change in a pattern like the costume/pets etc in the item shop? i hope theres more to come! share your thoughts!
