Hello, I have a question. My friend and I want to play cabal together. The thing is that she is in Japan and I am in USA. Is it possible to connect to the same server as this one from Japan? or, is this server the same they provide in the website www.cabal.jp? what i mean is, can we play cabal together even if we are in different countries? and how?

No you can't you each need to stick to your own regions.

well legitimately no you cant, technically you can but who ever plays on the others server will face one of two possible problems if not both. Its called proxying but its bannable and its a slower conection anyways then norrmal. SO a crappy connection and a ban of your account are possible. Soz man you could alway move to japan or move your friend to the states.
i know some people in NA server live in south america....
