You aren't that old, dummies used to be premium only. Even at lvl 90 you couldn't use them if you weren't prem. They gave a LOT less skill exp too.

my ticket hasn't been answered like in a month and a half, but I've noticed there's over 1000 tickets each month, I'm sure they're working hard even though I'm not happy that my ticket hasn't been answered yet. ppl should be nicer to them maybe they'll be happier to help.
