With these epic new skills in testing I'd love to have the chance to try them and things in other updates. So why not set up a test server over here?
It could be set up like OGP did with GA's, by application. GM puts up a thread to accept applications and in that thread is the requirements, things like what map you have to be, what specific level and above you have to be, etc. If you get accepted your allowed in the test server until the update, then applications start again but those who've already applied have to wait a certain ammount of time before applying so everyone who wants to help has a chance to.

There is no longer a need to have to actually get the gear and lvl and try it yourself :\

I understand you do want to try the new skills by yourself.
However, I am afraid to say that it is not possible to run a test server currently.
We will let you know the details of the on-going issues on the KR test server.
