thats old. that is a work of an fan of the game, he made his own effects on them skills and switched the existing one, its been out there for like what... 2yrs? =P


here is a link where u can get some of them files to switch the existing one, and make a new effects on em.(ps they are not really new, they are already on ur cabal files, theyre just not being used.)

use it @ ur own risk. if u happen to mess things up and dunno how to turn it back to stock, just do the "check files" on the game launcher. that should turn ur files back the way it used to be.
