Problem launching.

Ok, i've re-downloaded the game twice. When i click on the desktop shortcut it just tells me searching for cabal.exe, i've tried to do it manually and wtf to my suprise there is no cabal.exe, would anyone know why cabal doesn't install properlly? And when i do go into the folder and click on CabalMain or Update icon nothing happens at all.

I just got back and was kinda up-set with the company switch, transfer was a nuisence. But i'm set and ready to play my lvl135 wiz. I thought ogplanet was bad -_-.
