ive sent in a ticket about 3 days ago about getting my account back and havent received an email or any notification im just curious how long it usually takes for them to receive your ticket/ respond on average
i assumed id have had something by now seeing how i gave them proof of ownership via SS/videos etc
EDIT it says that my ticket is opened when i check it does that mean its been looked at?
ive never had to send one before so i dont know

they usually take on average about 1 week to answer. It depends on what it is about. I've had a response in 24 hours but that was about a payment.

well my issue simply put ( not gonna go into much detail) ive been away for awhile and got hacked..real issue tho is im not sure if this person took my account over to this site and left it as an OGP account that might cause problems on getting it backduno i;ll just w8 a few more days i guess

ya, GL btw, since its going to be kinda hard for you to post an ss of it I suppose. And you're not the first victim of this either.

well what do you mean hard to post SS? i have a few screenshots save don my photo bucket account plus videos from when i was catching botters in war channel i dont get what you mean @_@

we'll it is an issue with an item that is glitched that has never been fixed even when they've told me they will fix it 3times.

i think the truth is the only thing theyc are about answering is payment issues.
i have a feeling they will use a bot to tell people that their ticket will be resolved after a certain amount of time, but with no plans of ever solving the problem.
my ticket ive had open since 5/6, which means im coming up to 2 months with no answer >.>
the answer can't be really all that hard to answer, and i can imagine if they put up just one or two G M up to just reading tickets all day, they would empty most of the tickets in a few days maybe even a week.
