my first ticket was sent 4-17 and i got half of an answer so i sent you guys some extra tickets to help the "investigation." its been almost 3 months later and nothin. wanna help me out here? (BTW ticket 2239)

I sent my tickets to them all with my info, but they won't do anything. Lucky I remember my id and psw that it's go to wrong account

This is what is called the official est approved royal kiss off.
Kinda seems wierd to me that they are so overwhelmed with help desk tickets but they continually tell people to submit more tickets regarding tickets that they should be already dealing with.
So basically, this forum check comes at the end of the shift and he can't be bothered to look up your ticket number and spend a hour trying to figure out how the heck to help you. Besides this is the 4th and you can't expect him to put in any overtime. Hey, it's brewskie and fireworks time. Maybe next week.. or the week after... or...
