EST says all problems were solved... yet the problems some people have experienced are still there.
Problem:
When trying to transfer OGP account, at first said "Invalid Information". What EST did do.. is be more accurate to that error information. Now it says "Account has already been transfered". The account has not been transfered at all.. EST's database thinks it is but I'm guessing there was a glitch where this happened. The user's OGP account therefore is believed to be fully functional in the new EST servers. 2 Factors are at play, the OGP transfer server and the website are saying two different things, and I'm guessing that scenario was not programmed into the site/server (If this is not the case, I can be way off, this is just a scenario). The accounts have never been seen or heard off in-game so no, it was not a hacker that stole the account information. (Also there is a few users with the same problem)
Possible Solution: Track down the OGP account name and see where it was placed. Then, pm the user requesting this account information with the info, it shouldn't be breech of privacy since the account should have a Sub-password which would prevent fake users from accessing it. Users not requesting this account track-down would be expected to have no problems.
