maybe you guys should spend more time on help desk now

are those botters or spammers and what server from all on merc ? cause i sent in reports for venus server and only get a automated reply bk. and the botters still there after a month and 3 tickets for the same ones.
wish you GM's would stay on game more so ppl can talk to you and tell you where the botters are.or have a button so can just report to any GM on server at that time.which there should always be a GM on atleast 1 on each sever always.
