Correct me if I'm wrong, but the upgrading system is totally changing. It looks like it now costs x cores to upgrade to the next level. That chart is the costs.so to +7 its 3 cores. My only question is what is the rates of it succeeding. and it also looked like you can upgrade it from your warehouse?
