Can the new quests give like a good titanium/bluestin item?

So far I got Damascus Katana 7rate/12dmg +5 Character Bind Item
being a while now and I haven't got SS version one and wondering if there is gonna be any quest that gives such weapons again :o

you get better gear once u get to the higher lvl story and hidden helper quests. for the tit and
blues items u can run weak eod it drops pc crafted gear
