hmmm how many ppl help desk tickets was answered ........cause i thought a gm said they will answer all of them buy the end of this week.....so i want to no how many ppl tickets was answered so fair

I just supbmitted one yesterday so it doensn't go into that catagory I suppose since it's unanswered but new. GrantedI do have 1 that has been sitting there for like 2 weeks now, but i've almost forgot about it myself haha.
