How to set the skills

Ok I'm level 60 Blader and I NW. So I kinda need a PvP Build.

These are the skills I'm not sure if they are worth it/good level.

Impact Stab 18
Storm Grind 20
Vital Interfere 9
Assault 20
Twin-moon Slash 9

My combo goes like this : Assault -> Impact Stab -> Vital Interfere -> Storm Grind -> Twin Moon Slash

I need to repeat everything twice before it can cast Twin-Moon Slash.

Am I doing it right?

if you combo after bm2 your going to level up it happened to me >_> but i still have my FA in there xD
