Can't get into MY ACCOUNT b/c of NEW update

I have a special character in my ID. The new update doesnt let IDs with characters such as "-,!@#$%^&*()" get into their accounts so says EST/Helpdesk.

They say i can change my account via ACCOUNT management. I tried going there but it wont let you change your ID. Only PW, and to reset your subpassword using OTP
