I wouldnt try to proxy in either, they will detect it eventually and you will lose whatever work you put into building your char..... happened to a friend of mine from Japan who only wanted to play cabal with her friends >.<

Why are korean MMO companies so dead set against intermingling of cultures???? I'd love to try C9(Continent of the Ninth), but right now the only people who can even touch it are koreans.... or others who pay big bucks to have a Korean make an account for them >.<
