GM check the help desk Tickets. my friends account has been blocked for no reason, he submitted a ticket at help desk but he still has not got a response. also his forum password has been lost. he tried to get it back but when he request the password it states that it has been sent, but when he check his e mail there was no email sent by est not even in his spam mail. please look into this matter

Your friend's account can be blocked as

- Paypal issue
- GoCash pin-number failure
- Subpassword failure
- 3rd Party Usages

If your friend get blocked due to subpassword failure, I think he can save his time to be released by himself.
