Still Blocked; Thanks EST

So, it's been a month now since my account has been blocked for reasons unknown. Sent in four tickets, all of which have not been responded to. RebornSazuzaki gets hacked/character deleted, whatever and gets his account back within 2 weeks? How is this fair? I'm pretty sure there are plenty of other people who have been waiting longer than I have and quite frankly, this isn't fair. Just because he supposedly "helped" the GMs find a bypass to the game shouldn't give him a "Front of the Line" pass to get his account back.

Sure, I'm raging. I know that but I'd like to believe that the time I spent on this game hasn't gone to waste. All I'm asking is that I get my account unblocked. The GMs have a hard time as it is and I'm grateful for all of their work but this incident with RebornSazuzaki is pushing it. He shouldn't have first priority over all the other people who have been waiting patiently for an answer to a ticket.

Go ahead and flame this thread. I really don't care. I just want my account back.

I've spent money on this game too (not in the 1ks though) Costumes and premium, whatnot. I'd like my "investment" to not go to waste. -.- I mean, seriously, people have been waiting for months and still no response.

Really? That's interesting. I was banned with OGP too and they gave me a "Copy/Paste" Computer response. It was through Starla I got my account back thankfully. Apparently dancing in BI for hours at a time is a bannable offense. -.-

Here are blocked user lists for using 3rd party program from 18th of July to 24th of July. As you know, any 3rd party program usage is strictly prohibited.
Below accounts will be permanently banned and please be noted that purchasing Alz through Alz-sellers would eventually bring out botters around the field and dungeon.

Cocoball once said that people who got banned without any reasons HAVE TO CLAIM THEIR INNOCENCES!!! So you have to claim your innocences!!

Go to the HelpDesk and type something like "I never used a 3rd Party Program. It's a mistake, I never use any of these programs. Could you guys please recheck my case?"

THEN, GO PM THEM IN THE FORUM to wake their arses up so they can reply to your ticket quicker than waiting over 3 weeks!
