i send my help desk ticket but i wanna ask, this is the 3rd time it happend and every time i transfered from venus to mercury using server transfer one of my character always have a ! in its name,last time it took me waiting for 9 days to find out that i have a ! in its name u also said u send me a rename card to change it or i will be pernamently banned but when i check my mail i never got a rename card so i had to delete that char(the char was lv 1 so i dont care) but this time i just transfered my lv 170 fb has a ! in its name and i wanna ask if this is a glitch due to server trasnfer,and if it is can u please actually send me a rename card this time because i dont wanna choose between being blocked premanently ,deleting my fb or actually spend on rename card because of some stupid glitch
