you seriously need to look at ticket #'s 8570 and 8672
is it really that difficult to look at them and reply to them?

You have to think of this from a logical point of view, even if that's the worst way to think about it.
Say the [GM]s work a seven hour shift.
Say it takes 7-10 minutes to answer a help desk ticket
That's about 5-6 tickets an hour
That's like 45 tickets a day per [GM].
But I mean, tickets aren't the only thing they do, so, yeah.

with only 2-3 known GM and if they do help desk tickets thats hmm we should say 125 a day on a good day with other things involved. and i think they are about 1k behind on tickets plus the fact for every 1 they finish 2 more pop up. so its a never ending cycle that will continue to grow.

yup we did acknowledge and agree. we didnt hack, we didnt attempt file decrytions or try to crack encryptions, we didnt use cheats or change the memory scripts or codes of the game. we also didnt use any third pary program that manipulated the game in anyway. no repacker programs or game or client altering software. we did not use client reinterpretation methods or codes to alter anything in the game.

If the game d/c's you constantly for exploiting a dungeon and you are aware of what you are doing (yes you were) then you were attempting to gain an unfair advantage in the game. Supbanned

Everyone has access to the dungeon, including your guild members (who have done the exact same thing we did), so I hardly see how it is "unfair". Not to mention everyone gets a free entry item per day, which makes it even more available to other players.
Every update alters the "play experience", this one included. It just so happens that this update made it easier for well-geared 160+ characters to level when they introduced the new dungeon.
Oh, just recap that this leveling method is allowed in both the European and Korean (Korean is ESTsoft, too) versions of Cabal. Why not here? It's not like the GMs have specifically told anyone there is anything wrong with this leveling method, they have seen the threads.
EDIT: Also disconnections are part of the game, like the notorious wizard BM2 error code 6 bug which was around for awhile. On average, I got more EC6 in IC1 back when it was problematic than I did in IC2 while farming the fire traps.

2cd flaw: if the game (or gameguard) is designed to prevent specific actions from taking place, players who don't adhere to such stipulations (such as yourself) get banned. EST doesn't care what your intent was, you broke the TOS and got banned. STOP QQING

1) That is incorrect, they were disconnecting, too.
2) The game's automated prevention has to evolve as the game, which in this case it is slacking behind. When Chaos Arena first came out there were problems with players getting banned in there as well. Even with OGPlanet's sub-par service, the cases were handled (to the best of my knowledge).

The d/c's are what gets you banned. It is hard to automatically ban someone for exploiting/botting/hacking if it isn't detected by the game or gameguard.

I would hardly call it exploitation for reasons mentioned earlier in the thread.
FT2 Glitch was exploitation.
Alz Glitch was exploitation.
Server crash was exploitation.
It would be like ESTsoft banning players who re-target with their BM2, it just doesn't make sense. All other versions of the game accept this form of leveling, and if it really was a problem they should have made an announcement.

It doesn't alter the game experience? With retargeted certain classes BM2s are significantly better than they normally would be, which is a huge impact on the game. You may not have farmed IC2 for experience but your guild members have. If your guild members were blocked what would have you done?
Just because they have hacking and botting prevention parameters set, doesn't mean that all players blocked were either hacking or botting. Especially after an update there will be potential new ways to falsely trigger their system.
Just to point a few things I have noticed out:
1) There is no recent list of "3rd party program abusers" posted on the forums, the last one was about the time when IC2 came out. Possibly a coincidence, but I honestly think ESTsoft is aware of their system blocking legitimate players and might be working for a solution.
2) No announcement has been made as to stop running the dungeon, or warning players that farming monsters in their is "exploiting" a bug, as you say. Which either means ESTsoft is flat out ignorant, and just doesn't care (companies like that perish and are shut down) OR it means that ESTsoft is investigating the issue at hand and trying for a fix (I have noticed that ESTsoft at first generally did a spectacular job investigating before taking action).
3) As for your RS argument, there is a significant difference I agree. RS is for lower levels where 100K experience can be fantastic, while IC2 is fore higher levels. Because of their current system I doubt that 100K experience would trigger their anti-hacking system while 2m experience would.

Re-targetting wasn't "documented" at first either, so your argument is invalid.
Because you keep quoting the TOS I think I will break it down for you:

1) It isn't an error in the design, you would get the exact same experience per minute if you were farming constantly or even just killing the boss.
2) Dungeons are not documented from head-to-toe by ESTsoft, Gamemasters, OGPlanet, or other gaming companies. The reason for this is that it is a dungeon that you should figure out for yourself, or at last resort use a player made guide.
3) It isn't a bug, it is available to all players who have achieved the level requirement for IC2. The firetraps were put in the dungeon for an undocumented reason (as mobs in all dungeons are).
4) Lastly, just to recap it isn't an advantage as all players have access to the dungeon.
