I have to say, I was waiting on a help desk for probably about 3 weeks, then submitted a second one, on a different topic, different section and all. There was less than 1000 number different in the ticket IDs. Within 24 hours I had both tickets answered when I checked back. I'm quite happy with that turn around time for the later, while the prior is quite sad as I know it was quite infrequent that ogp had as much of a 3 week wait time on any tickets, and then it was usually more complicated issues. This could however simply be some ticket types are prioritized or they're seriously stepping up their game with the tickets now, we can hope.

As to the quality of responses to the tickets...I won't comment, I'm not overly impressed but at the same time they could be far worse, and trust me there is far worse than ogp that a company can do and that I've seen.
