It's a joke. Same ones never banned still playing months later. See new ones every day coming out. Nothing like watching a level 20 range hackers taking out half the map. I don't know what your problem is on banning em, but this is bad you doing nothing.
I pked the heck out of one in war map for 3 days. He must of been at computer because he brought out his other bot (other nation) and swapped spots. And guess what they both still hacking away.
