I do, I have to restart every 45 minutes or i get gameguard error if not that error i get the microsoft c++ error. It started after illusion castle update.
yes lots of people are having this problem.
I STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend you be careful with the DC issue because other players are having the DC issue and after a few to many DC they get banned.

i cant say that would fix any symptoms of disconnections (hindering gg via sandbox),
only thing it does is disable gg from attaching to processes outside the sandbox.
