i remember in the ss that someone posted with teh new bl skills they still only have 21 sword slots.

Skill points come from skill ups. Since most people are already dual max trans, you wont get any more skill points.

Are skill books gonna be character bind btw? I wouldn't look past EST of doing something that ridiculous.
