Im using Telus Security Service and Cabalmain.exe snake application is on my allow list already...everytime i login it closes and theres a msg saying unknown network issue...Any please help me im new to this game... any suggestions?

re-install in safe mode if your using a 64-bit operating system

found out that my windows xp is 32-bit so do i still have to install it on safe mode?

using windows vista? if so install with admin permission or w/e
if not try putting it as an exception in your firewall
if not that then close norton agagaga
