when the update comes u will find out if they will be sold in instructor or drop in PI ppl only know they drop in PI cause the cabal websites says it.

It says on the update notice they drop from porte inferno only,so it looks like a new way for ppl 16x+ to make some extra money

uhm on the vids demonstrating the skills, did anyone bother to check the characters lvl's, if they are under 160 then most likely they are sold in one of the instructors (prolly PL) but there is still possibility that they obtained it from buying it from other people. but imo i think they will be sold thru NPC's
