Cabal's Messed up DMG Calculation?

Ok is it me or Cabal DMG / attack calculation is messed up? Or Im not putting something els einto calculation..?


Here is a test:

Wraith will be my target, they are level 121 at full health

Skills

Shield Splinter level 18 (776 attack) 85% AMP (doesnt 1 hit the target)
Shield Brieak level 9 (690 attack) 70% AMP (1 hits the target)

This calculation are based on normal hits, not crits... obviously crits kills them instantly.

Why is a skill with less amp/attack killing a target in one hit, wheres the other with more attack/amp it doesnt?

@_@ Not to mention SS has also HP down LOL

The cast times are also fked up on a bunch of skills.

I heard if your attack is high as a shielder, your dmg are reduced.

I already got DMG calculators and such, BUT i wanna base on facts than im seeing here... Can anyone explain in there own words why the difference?

Why didnt they just put higher attack/amp stats on SB if SB does more dmg? o.O doesnt make sense lol

SB has the orange text means mobs take more damage than normal at certain ranges.

sb does about 1.2-1.3 times more dmg if ur hitting 1 mob
