Why Can't i Log in?

I registered today i still haven't created a character and don't know in which server i am, but i started cabal, made all updates than i put my ID and Password and press login, Than appears login failed, please try later, can anyone explain me what should i do?

nop i live in europe, got windows 7 and i am waiting for 4 hours to log in and still nothing

this is the NA version of cabal, your ip is probably blocked from it. theres a EU version youll have to play

Be thankful too,better drops and gears, Probably more people and channels too...BTW,be sure to come back and tell us how much more or less core prices are in EU....just for kicks
