Players that cannot run cabal

Please do not be alarmed, for some of you players will not be abe to play cabal for a while. There could be an outage or some other technical issue that will be resovled shortly(1-3 hours) so there is no need to redownload the game. Can you explain what exactly happens to stop people from running CABAL? If you could, that would help, because then Shadowkin and I will be able to figure out if it is a tech issue on their end or on yours.
