10m, hardness capsules are usually just a bonus from war that was designed to be sold for alz to the npc. no1 will actually use them because the bonus from them isnt worth the alz that youll get from them.

If anyone should be selling alz it should be ESTSoft and they should keep banning people for buying alz from outside sources. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
