tried re-installing, anybody got anything else ?

Looks like video card failure or your running out of RAM memory.

Maybe when u did that u fried something.... check if u ahve the same amount of ram inin your system if u know how to do that...

didnt see it before, but thats definately the problem LOL
ull probly need new hardware
power surges can fry ur cpu, but pulling the plug on actively running systems ...
