Help Desk question

I've tried submitting a few help desk, I have no idea if they are being sent or what, It sends me back to the same page, So i was wondering if they were submitted or not, Cause i don't wanna end up sending alot of Help desks.

http://forum.cabal.com/images/icons/icon14.png cuz i didnt get email on the 5 word ticket i accidentally sent lol, but i did check it n it was taken care of ^.^ ; i member u saying this a while back but i was thinking maybe it was part of the problems they were having, seems to be just normal to respond without email, which dont really bother me much is still convenient enough to even be heard.

I'm not that stupid, I did check them, Nothing was there at all.

it took them over a week to respond to my ticket but they'll get around to it eventually.

That's just it, It wouldn't let me submit one, It let me do it today though, So i guess i'll wait on it now. Thanks.
