Nope, I was kinda hoping that they would've had a percentage in there too.

lol i tried upgraidng some junk earlier and i had to use 2 cores to go from 2-3 and 3-4 then i failed 3x in a row..dont see how this is supposed to be better...you have to use more cores yet have the same success rate? i thought up to +6 was 100%...

the new upgrade system is appalling....my fail +12 orb failed all the way to +7 not succeeding once. I think Enhanced Core Medium would've helped. But they seem to not exist in AH and I hardly buy anything from cash shop, so majority of use have to use UCM which FAILS 95% of the time beyond +9.
It feels like Sig event all over again. too many people realized the sig event ploy, this is ESTs new way to bankrupt people.
I ADVISE EVERYONE: DON'T UPGRADE PAST +9 !!!!!

+7 right now is only equivalent to a +6 1/3 back then, u need to +9 to = +7
so u +7in everything is like u +5in everything hi5
+9 now is actually slightly better than old +7

Yes, but not only after nine. If you attempt to upgrade passed +4 and you fail it will go +3 (shouldn't go below +3. it didn't before the update anyway). But when you get to +7 and fail to +8 u lose 1 or 2 upgrades randomly and as far as I know, the max # of upgrades you can lose in one failed attempt, is two. Items also no longer break when you fail +8 and wether or not slots break when you fail above +7 is still in question (at least I haven't read any solid facts about what happens in this scenario.)

+8 is the new +6 and +11 is the new +7
not for everything. as far as i can tell thats only for forcy. all my +7 armor went to +9

I'm talking about the new standard since stat points per +x got changed,and difficulty to get a certain level,it's about as difficult to +8 something now as it was to +6 something before the update,same thing goes with +11-+7

enhanced cores dont do anything with the new system.
honestly i prefer the old upgrade system 100x
New system = Perfect Core or don't even try.
