Registering Problem

I just sign up to Cabal Online. I also verify the email confirmation link. The problem is that it doesn't let me do anything, even download the game, it says "You should transfer or activate your account to use this page" whatever that means...

you click skip that step becuz u dunz ever played OGP cabal

The game switched host few months ago. Just skip the step and you should be able to get an account.
