PF bosses seem the exact same to be before and after. I finish with the same amount of time left in bm on tank and penna as I did pre patch.

PF bosses have far less regen now after the patch, it might be as much as halved or more. 2 bar penna solo on a 150 character with "decent" gear is pathetically easy compared to before when you might struggle to 4bar.

Finally found a boss to test if they were nerfed or not. The regen is nerfed, it's about 1/2 of what it was. Damage you do and damage they do is the same.

my pc xp got nerfed from 3.5 ghz - 2.0 ghz thus allowing me to get 5 bar from my neighbors wireless connection.
