first off if you can log onto the website. with your correct account and information please send in a help desk ticket. it should be available next to the support tab on the main webpage after logging in.

when i click on help desk it says "you should transfer or activate your account to use this page" and transfers me to the homepage

nvm thats for old players from the previous server host.

have you logged onto your email to activate/verify your account. they should have sent you an email with a link in it to follow so you can activate your account.

yes i clicked on the their link... after i clicked it opened the page of the cabal's website with the congratulations to have validated my account... after this i opened cabal and i tried to play but it says " account namo or password do not match. please try again"... how can i resolve it?

try making a new account

because unless your just typing it in wrong. there is nothing any of us on the forums can do to help.

best bet is its some kind of weird miss hap and your better off just making a new account.
