You are on to three thread deletions of mine, you can't just be a decent GM and answer the tickets? if you have the time to delete ALL my threads why can't you answer a simple ticket?

Doubt people were making est hate threads 6months ago, but then again i doubt you have had to fill out an un-answered ticket as well.

Oh so 1 ticket sent in and after waiting for months for my account and not getting a reply is entirely is my fault, sorry for being a terrible customer.

If EST were answering tickets like they should then you wouldn't see this many people complaining on the forums.
