does anyone know how long it takes for the block to be removed?
erm i forgot to mention that i had accidently failed the 4 time thing or w/e cos i was double checking all my cards and all of a sudden blocked D: anyone know how long it lasts tho o.o?

Last I checked they were about 1200 tickets behind and will get to it in the order it was received.

yeah that is an auto ban detection system that is implemented within the game.
you need to send in a HD ticket with great detail and explanation of what has happened.
my experience with HD tickets is that the better description with great detail the faster the reply.

Auto ban is no fun.
Im dealing with the auto ban right now too.
Luckily its only been 10 days but...we will have to wait and see huh.
